The unique feature of the dome valve is that it cuts off the material flowing or stationary column of material to the pressure tank and then closes sealing. This ensures 100% filling of the pressure tank.

B72INF series dome type valve plus adopts unique inflatable module design and inflatable seat structure.When the valve ball is in the open state or in the process of switching, there is sufficient clearance between the valve ball and the valve seat to ensure no friction between the hemisphere and the valve seat. When the valve disc is in the closed state and stops, the inflation module automatically inflates the valve seat airbag according to the position and movement which provides a uniform distribution of pressure for the seal. When dealing with abrasive and corrosive materials, the inflatable structure seal ring can trap material particles to avoid the wear of the seat and valve ball due to the sliding of material particles under the action of pressure difference.

Since there is no friction between the ball and the seat when the valve is operating, B72INF Dome type valve plus can reach a life of more than three million cycles. This can provide contact wear compensation even when the valve seat or ball is severely abraded by material.
